Slow Food Miami Freshest Night Out
Join Slow Food Miami at the highly anticipated Snail of Approval Tasting Party, the annual celebration benefitting Slow Food Miami’s Edible School Garden Program. The Tasting Party will unite dozens of the city’s top chefs, local growers and producers for a night of tasting and honoring Miami’s food scene. The seaside magic at the Eden Roc Resort offers the perferct backdrop for Miami’s annual celebration of good, clean, fair food. Guests will indulge in tastes from Miami’s farm-to-table best, including a mix of current and past Snail of Approval honorees. Experience dishes crafted from gorgeous South-Florida-grown produce, delicious heritage-raised meats, fresh, sustainable seafood and local craft beers and spirits.
