Following in the footsteps of previous Dinners in Paradise, for this first edition, chefs Evan Burgess and Osmel Gonzalez, co-founders of EntreNos, fresh off their recent addition to the 2024 Michelin Restaurant Guide. Thoughtfully curated, four-course dinner of top-tier, nutrient-dense ingredients, handpicked from the soils at Paradise Farms and complemented by locally sourced seafood and wine pairings.
