The spring holiday tradition for 2020? Takeout! These restaurants offer special menus for Passover seders and Easter dinners. Please note: Many require orders well in advance.

Passover Seder

Bill Hansen Creative Cuisine

WHAT: Passover Seder by chef Dewey LoSasso, with Seder plate, matzo ball soup, chopped chicken liver, black radish, beet and kohlrabi salad.

Blue Collar, Upper East Side Miami

WHAT: Danny Serfer’s comfort food outpost is offering a special Passover takeout menu from 3-10pm. Priced at $35 per person, the menu will include a salad, matzo ball soup, brisket, latkes, roasted potatoes, vegetable and dessert.

Easter Dinner

WHAT: Four-course menu for two that includes homemade gemelli primavera pasta or cacio e pepe, braised lamb shanks, cornish game hen, tiramisu or carrot cake. Wine and cocktails available for additional price.

WHAT: Dinners for four, with entrees that include lamb chops, salmon or Korean steak, plus sides, rolls and an order of Bissinger’s chocolate Easter eggs.

WHAT: Greek Easter Dinner with traditional recipes including spit-roasted lamb, Easter soup, Greek salad, Easter bread and dyed eggs.

WHAT:Easter Quiche Family Brunch for five includes a whole pie with an arugula salad and duck fat pommes de tetre. Pie selections include the Quiche Lorraine; Salmon Goat Cheese; Spinach, Asparagus and Ricotta; and Chicken, Bacon and Cheese. Crepes, a selection of French cheeses, cured meats, pate, olives, jams, honey and assorted local breads will also be available.

Grails Miami and Spanglish Craft Cocktail Bar + Kitchen

WHAT: For $40 total, the sister restaurants will be offering a three-course Easter Brunch Kit for Two. Brunch selections include Smoked Salmon Benedict; BBQ Grails Burger; Croque Madame Sandwich; and Strawberry Choco Pancake, among others.

WHAT: Chef Brad Kilgore's celebrated Wynwood restaurant, Alter, offers meal kits that include a full three-course meal serving four people, such as cook-at-home steak dinner, roasted chicken, spicy Italian sausage and semolina pasta, housemade bucatini and garlic-butter poached shrimp dinner.
DETAILS: Daily hours are from noon to 9PM for takeout. AlterQ also offers sandwiches, a butcher shop, household items, dessert, beer, wine and cocktails.
